Quick Installation Guide
Overview
The DisplayPort 1.2a 1×2 Splitter, SST (500505) allows you to duplicate identical
DisplayPort 1.2a content from one DisplayPort connector to two monitors. The
splitter supports up to 4K (3840 X 2160) video and HD audio. The splitter is
HDCP 1. compliant and features LED diagnostics. Applications include; 4
commercial and residential AV systems, classroom projector systems, digital
signage, boardroom systems, collaborative PC systems, medical information
systems.
Pre-Installation Check
Identify the connectors as indicated on the product diagram above. LEDs are
located on the front and rear of the unit, next to each connector to indicate traic.

Installation
In order to install the DisplayPort 1.2a 2 Splitter , please follow the steps below: 1x , SST
1. Connect the DisplayPort video source to the input DisplayPort connector of
the splitter with an appropriate DisplayPort cable, while respecting
DisplayPort cable length standards.
2. Connect the DisplayPort display equipment to the output DisplayPort
connectors of the splitter with appropriate DisplayPort cabl , while es
respecting DisplayPort cable length standards.
3. Connect the 5 VDC power supply to the splitter rst, and then plug the power
supply into an AC power outlet.
4. Power on the DisplayPort equipment and verify the image quality.
5. The following diagram shows the nal conguration.
