this product. They contain important information on safety and
use. Please familiarise yourself with the instructions and safety
information before using this product. Use the product only in
perfect condition, as described and for the specified area of
use. Please keep all packaging including this leaflet for as long
as you use the brace and be sure to include them when handing
on the product to another person.

from its application by the sizes and contraindications listed below.

Intended purpose
The brace stabilises, supports and relieves.
The height-adjustable and individually positioned lumbar pad
also guarantees targeted stabilizing support, promotes blood
circulation and improves muscle function.
Indications
To be used as support for:
• Chronic pain in the lower spine (lower back pain)
• First aid for lumbago
• Wear of the small vertebral joints (lumbar facet syndrome)
• Muscle tension
• Muscular imbalance
• Hypermobility of the lumbar spine
• Sports and physical strains
Contraindications
Do not use – or use only after consultation with
your doctor – in case of:
• External injuries
• Bone fractures
• Circulatory disorders.
• Heightened instability of the lumbar spine
(e.g. spondylolisthesis)
• Neurological deficits such as paralysis of the lower
extremities, radiating nerve pain etc.
Safety instructions
Risk of injury
If problems occur while wearing the bandage, remove it
immediately and consult a doctor.
Check the bandage before each use for tears and
damage.
The product should only be used in perfect condition.
Make sure the bandage is comfortable but not too tight.
Never put the bandage on so tightly that the blood
circulation is restricted.
Do not wear the bandage longer than 2 to 3 hours at a
stretch and a maximum of 6 to 8 hours a day.
Do not wear the bandage while sleeping or during
longer rest phases such as long periods of sitting.
Wash the areas of skin covered by the bandage
thoroughly and regularly.
To avoid allergic skin reaction, the skin must be free of
grease, gels, creams, oils or similar materials.
The article may only be used by other people when it
has been cleaned.
Possible side effects
If you experience symptoms (such as, e.g. tingling, pain,
swelling) while wearing the bandage, remove the band-
age immediately!
There is a risk of skin irritation and skin irritations!
In individual cases, skin irritation and reactions and
allergic reactions may occur. Make sure that the stated
maximum wearing periods are not exceeded and the
areas of skin covered by the bandage are thoroughly
and regularly washed. Should any problems or com-
plaints occur, consult a doctor immediately!
Putting the bandage on
• Lay the bandage around the desired area of the back and close
the Velcro strip (A) of the bandage (fig. 1). The bandage should
sit comfortably and be slightly stretched.
Lumbar pad
• The included lumbar pad (B) is removable and can be
individually positioned (fig. 2).
• The bandage is placed correctly if the lumbar pad (C) sits on
the buttocks in a palpable manner (fig. 3).
• If the bandage is correctly positioned, the blood circulation is
stimulated, the lumbar spine is supported in a focused manner
and the muscle function is improved.
