INSTALLATION

Place the device vertically with the tank facing downwards.

The direction of the air fl ow is indicated with triangular arrows at the top of the housing.

Install the pressure gauge into the connector with a 1/4” pipe thread. Make sure the

connection is tight.

Place the assembly in the pneumatic system as close to the unit to which lubricated air

is supposed to be provided as possible. Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight, high

temperatures and caustic chemicals. The pressure regulator must be placed before

the lubricator. Remove the oil tank cap, pour oil to the level indicated as maximum.

Replace the cap.

The water tank should be placed below the water drain valve (24) so that water can

fl ow to it.

FILTER ADJUSTMENTS

Pressure adjustments

Lift the adjustment knob (11) and turn it clockwise in order to increase pressure. Turn

the knob anti-clockwise to reduce pressure.

Having adjusted the pressure to the required level Lower the adjustment knob to lock it.

Draining water

In case there is no pressure, water will be drained automatically.

In case the device is pressurised, open the drain Valle (24) at the bottom of the tank

to drain water.

If the water level exceeds the maximum acceptable range, open the drain valve and

let the water fl ow out. This will permit to maintain optimum lubrication of the fl owing air.

ADJUSTMENTS OF THE LUBRICATOR

The quantity of the dispensed oil may be adjusted either with the knob or through the

volume of the fl owing air.

In order to reduce the quantity of the dispensed oil, turn the knob (33) clockwise. Turn the

knob anti-clockwise to increase the quantity of the dispensed oil.

Having adjusted the knob and increased the air flow, the quantity of the dispensed oil

increases.

FILLING OIL

It is possible to fill oil without cutting the air flow. In order to fill the oil tank remove the

oil tank cap (40). Fill oil to the maximum acceptable level. The recommended oil is

ISO - VG32.

Having fi lled the oil tank, replace the oil tank cap.

Do not leave the oil tank inlet open while the lubricator is functioning.

MAINTENANCE

Turn the oil supply off and release the pressurised air collected in the pneumatic system

to the atmosphere.

Turn the tank locking ring anti-clockwise (3). Remove the filter cap with a wrench (3)

and remove the fi lter (5).

Blow the filter with clean compressed air. Clean the interior of the tank, using a soft

and dry cloth. Do not use any solvents and any other substances that might damage

the polycarbonate.

Before replacing the tank locking ring, make sure the washer is in place and it is not

dirty.

ATTENTION!

The device must not be operated with other substances than those indicated in the man-

ual. Specifically, it is prohibited to apply alcohol, gasoline or solvents. Such substances

May damage the structure of the device and cause fi re.

Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure and temperature values.

The plastic elements of the device may be irrecoverably damaged when expose to

paints and oils other than those indicated in the manual, as well as solvents and other

chemicals.

INSTALACJA

Urządzenie umieścić w pozycji pionowej zbiornikiem skierowanym w dół.

Kierunek przepływu powietrza jest oznaczony trójkątnymi strzałkami na górze obudowy.

W złącze z gwintem rurowym 1/4” wkręcić manometr. Upewnić się, że połączenie jest

szczelne.

Zestaw należy umieścić w układzie pneumatycznym jak najbliżej jednostki, do której

ma dostarczone smarowane powietrze. Unikać wystawiania na bezpośrednie działanie

promieni słonecznych, wysokich temperatur i żrących chemikaliów. Regulator ciśnienia

należy umieścić przed smarownicą. Odkręcić pokrywę wlewu oleju, wlać olej do po-

ziomu oznaczonego jako maksymalny. Zakręcić pokrywę. Zbiornik na wodę powinien

być umieszczony poniżej zaworu odpływu wody (24) tak, aby woda mogła do niego

spływać.

REGULACJA FILTRU

Regulacja ciśnienia

Unieść pokrętło regulacyjne (11), przekręcić zgodnie z ruchem wskazówek zegara, aby

zwiększyć ciśnienie. Obrót w przeciwną stronę spowoduje zmniejszenie ciśnienia.

Po wyregulowaniu ciśnienia do wymaganego poziomu opuścić pokrętło regulacyjne w

celu zablokowania.

Upuszczanie wody

W przypadku braku ciśnienia woda wypłynie samoczynnie.

W przypadku, gdy urządzenie jest pod ciśnieniem należy otworzyć zawór spustowy (24)

umieszczony na spodzie zbiornika w celu upuszczenia wody.

Jeśli poziom wody przekroczy maksymalny dopuszczalny zakres, należy otworzyć za-

wór spustowy i pozwolić wypłynąć wodzie. Pozwoli to utrzymać optymalne nawilżanie

przepływającego powietrza.

REGULACJA SMAROWNICY

Ilość dozowanego oleju można regulować na dwa sposoby, pokrętłem albo przepływem

powietrza.

Aby zmniejszyć ilość

dozowanego oleju, należy kręcić pokrętłem (33) w stronę ruchu

wskazówek zegara. Obrót pokrętła w przeciwnym kierunku, spowoduje zwiększenie

ilości dozowanego oleju.

Po wyregulowaniu pokrętłem zwiększając przepływ powietrza, zwiększa się ilość do-

zowanego oleju.

NAPEŁNIANIE OLEJEM

Napełnianie olejem jest możliwe, bez odcinania dopływu powietrza. W celu napełnienia

zbiornika olejem, należy odkręcić pokrywę wlewu oleju (40). Uzupełnić olej do maksy-

malnego dopuszczalnego poziomu. Stosować olej typu ISO - VG32.

Po uzupełnieniu oleju zakręcić pokrywę wlewu oleju.

Nie zostawiać otwartego otworu wlewowego, podczas pracy smarownicy.

KONSERWACJA

Wyłączyć dopływ powietrza, powietrza zgromadzone pod ciśnieniem w układzie pneu-

matycznym wypuścić do atmosfery.

Okręci

ć w kierunku przeciwnym do ruchu wskazówek zegarowych, pierścień mocujący

zbiornik (3). Okręcić kluczem nakrętkę fi ltra (3) i zdjąć fi ltr (5).

Filtr przedmuchać czystym, sprężonym powietrzem. Wnętrze zbiornika wyczyścić przy

pomocy miękkiej, suchej szmatki. Nie używaćżadnych rozpuszczalników i innych sub-

stancji, które mogłyby zniszczyć poliwęglan.

Przed przykręceniem pierścienia mocującego zbiornik należy się upewnić, że uszczel-

ka jest na właściwym miejscu i nie jest zanieczyszczona.

UWAGA!

Produkt nie jest przeznaczony do współpracy z innymi substancjami niż wymienione w

instrukcji. W szczególności nie należy stosować alkoholu, benzyny czy rozpuszczalnika.

Takie substancje mogą uszkodzić konstrukcje urządzenia i doprowadzić do pożaru.

Nie wolno przekraczać maksymalnych wartość ciśnienia i temperatury pracy.

Plastikowe elementy urządzenia wystawione na działanie farb, olejów innych niż wy-

mienione w instrukcji, rozpuszczalników i innych chemikaliów mogą ulec bezpowrotne-

mu uszkodzeniu.
