•USE ONLY THE SPECIFIED BULBS. DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE!
CLEANING TIPS
Treat the xture gently! Regular cleaning will reduce the need for deep cleaning. For regular cleaning, turn off the light and wipe down the
xture with a clean lint-free cotton or microber cloth. Never spray cleaner directly onto the xture. Dry with a lint-free or microber cloth.

PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION
Carefully remove all of the contents from the carton. See the important notes above.
Shutoffthepoweratthecircuitbreakerandcompletelyremovetheoldxturefromthe
ceiling, including the old mounting strap.
From the parts bag remove the mounting strap assembly. One end of nipple (F) should
beattachedtomountingstrap(A)withhexnuts(C,D)inplace.Theotherendshould
have canopy loop (H) attached. Match the threaded holes of mounting strap (A) to the
spacingoftheholesonthejunctionbox.Attachmountingstrap(A)tothejunctionbox
using mounting screws (B) and a screwdriver. Tighten securely. Unscrew canopy loop
collar (I) from canopy loop (H). Pass canopy (G) over the mounted canopy loop to test
theheight.Approximatelyhalfofthecanopyloop’sexteriorthreadsshouldbeexposed,
andthecanopyloopcollarshouldtsnuglyontothecanopyloop.Removecanopy
(G) and adjust the height of nipple (F) and canopy loop (H) until the desired height is
reached.
ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE
Rod(P)andtopassembly(Q),withtoploop(L)areonthexture’swires.Pullthewires
untiltaut.Screwrod(P)intothecenterofxturebody(O)andthentoploop(L)onto
the threads of top assembly (Q). By measuring, determine the correct number of chain
links needed for proper hanging height. If necessary, use a pair of pliers to open and
removeanyexcesschain.Attachonechainconnector(K)toeachendofchain(J).Use
onechainconnector(K)toattachchain(J)totoploop(L)andclosethechainconnector.
Feedthexture’swiresupthroughthechain(everythreelinksorso),pullingthewires
until taut. Slide canopy loop collar (H) and canopy (G) onto the chain and wires. Use the
freechainconnector(K)toattachchain(J)tocanopyloop(H).
CONNECTING THE WIRES
Haveanassistantsupportthexture’sweightwhilecompletingthewiring.Cutaway
excesswire.Threadthexture’swiresthroughcanopyloopandnipple.Attachthe
xture’swirestothepowersupplywiresfromthejunctionbox.Connectblackto
smooth/black/transparent (L) wire; white to ribbed/white/transparent (N) wire; ground to
ground (green or copper). Twist the ends of the wire pairs together, and then twist on a
wire connector. Make sure all twists are in the same direction. If there is no ground wire
(greenorcopper)fromthejunctionbox,locategroundscrew(E)onmountingstrap(A)
andwrapthexturegroundwirearoundthegreengroundscrew(E).Useascrewdriver
to secure ground screw (E) onto the mounting bracket/mounting strap. Tuck all wires.
FINISHING THE INSTALLATION
Push canopy (G) up to the ceiling and slide canopy loop collar (I) up beneath the canopy. Tightly thread canopy loop collar (I) onto canopy
loop (H) to secure canopy (G) in place.
Notes: Glass edges may be sharp. Wear gloves for installation to avoid injury. Have an assistant help throughout this process.
Use deco nuts (S) to attach bottom rim (T) to metal frame (N). Carefully slide glass panels (U) into metal frame (N). Lower the other top
rim (T) over metal frame (N). Place iron bar (R) against the glass and secure in place with decorative screws (V). If the glass can not be
successfullyplacedintotheframework,pleaseadjustironbar(R).Yourinstallationisnowcomplete.Turnonthepowerandtestthexture.
Installbulbs(notincluded)inaccordancewiththexture’sspecications.Donotexceedthemaximumwattage.Withthehelpofyour
assistant, carefully raise the glass and metal cage assembly up to top assembly (Q) and attach the metal cage assembly to the top
assembly using decorative nuts (M).
Yourinstallationisnowcomplete.Turnonthepowerandtestthexture.
