If the mounting surface

pocket on the underside

using the template as a

guide. Rout the prole

until <3mm thickness is

achieved.

–Clean the top and

underside surfaces.

–Align the installation tool

centrally with the sticker.

–Remove the adhesive

backing from the grip

ring and apply.

–Remove the alignment

tools.

–Remove adhesive

backing from the charger

and apply.

–Connect wires

or connectors to

12/24V supply,

ensuring a waterproof

connection.

–Fuse according to

input voltage and

current.

–Screw OR glue

mounting bracket into

place. (Fixings not

included).

–Screw the puck into

the mounting bracket

until it compresses the

charger. (Do not over

tighten)
